All condominiums are non-smoking. As a family resort, smoking on the property is only permitted within the designated smoking gazebo near the restaurant.

Pet Policy

For the convenience of other guests and in an effort to help us provide the cleanest and most sanitary accommodations available, pets are not permitted. Guide dogs that are used to help physically challenged guests are permitted.
