Marriage License Application - Secret Harbour Beach Resort - St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands Come... Unwind!


	Congratulations on your pending marriage. It is very easy to marry in the Virgin Islands and we submit the steps necessary to fulfill your wishes.
	All couples must apply for a Marriage License to the Territorial Court in St. Thomas. There are no required blood tests, however if either party has been previously married, a certified raised copy of the divorce degree or annulment, stamped with a seal and generated by the court office in which the divorce took place, must be filed with the application. A waiting period of eight days can be waived. Please call for details.
	The application should be typewritten, notarized, and accompanied by a money order for $100.00 made out to The Clerk of the Territorial Court. These should be Express Mailed or sent by Federal Express to the following address: (Make copies of everything and bring them with you)

	Prior to the Wedding, you must pick up the marriage license at the Territorial Court office in Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas.
	The court hours are 8:00 am until 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, closed on Federal and Local Holidays. Saturday pick-up is possible at 10 am by special request, Sunday pickups require $150 court fee.
	The application must be at the court a minimum of 8 working days prior to the Wedding date, but please allow ample time if at all possible. Again, you will have to visit the court to get the license before a ceremony can take place. Questions to the court can be telephoned to 340/774-6680, extension 6607. You might check to make sure the court is open on the day you are considering for the license pickup.
